The payment supports running costs and activities. It does not open a member's rights. It does not replace the dues in article 10. It does not create the one-day membership in article 7.2. Dues open the association year, 1 March to 28 February. The general meeting may set a reduced rate under twenty-six. Amounts are settled at registration. A gift does not enter that cycle. It does not extend the year. It does not grant rides reserved for members in good standing. It does not open GLME camps. It does not open the three temporary days in article 7.3, reserved for members of affiliated associations. Someone may give and never join. A member may give on top of dues. The two entries stay separate in the accounts. Article 9 lists the gift among resources, beside dues, bequests and patronage. Mixing the two creates a false expectation: a support payment is not a card. If you first want a day on the road, article 7.2 provides a named form, once, one activity, no fee. HelloAsso will host the public checkout. That is not a partnership of the association. No campaign address is published until the operator supplies it. No card form is embedded here. No payment interface is called from the site. When the link exists, it will be shown. Until then, Contact is how you signal the intent. Say you want a gift, not dues. Say whether you give in your name or for a legal person. The association does not publish a tax-relief rate. It does not describe a sample receipt. It does not promise a processing time. Contact is the channel until the HelloAsso link is published. Say your reason is a gift. Say whether you give in your name or for a legal person. Say whether you already hold membership, or only want to support. You do not have to settle dues to be read. You do not have to try a day to give. You do not have to state an engine size. The association will reply to open the circuit when it exists. It will not ask for an amount here. It will not publish a receipt before checkout. If you hesitate between gift and membership, say so: article 7.1 sets the conditions for a member; article 9 sets the gift. If you first want a ride, ask for a date already on the calendar, as rider or passenger. The group applies the internal rules: approved helmet and gloves, a jacket; no alcohol and no illicit substances. A gift does not loosen those rules. A gift does not buy a place in the group.
